Use of Service
- You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it.
- Do not misuse the service (no unlawful content, malware, spam, scraping, or attempts to circumvent limits).
User‑Generated Content
You retain rights to content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You represent you have necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe third‑party rights or applicable law.
AI‑Generated Content
Outputs may be inaccurate or infringe third‑party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including for compliance with laws and third‑party licenses.
In‑App Purchases
Payments are processed by third‑party providers. All monetary transactions may be subject to provider terms, exchange rates, and applicable taxes. See Purchases & Refunds.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the platform, brand assets, and software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing Law
Except where prohibited, these Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of habitual residence. Consumers in the EU/EEA or Russia retain mandatory protections under local law. Disputes may be brought before competent courts at your residence where required by consumer law.
